A large-scale event in the field of furniture design took place in Samara.

Under the auspices of the large-scale event, leading manufacturers, suppliers, designers, and industry experts gathered at the Samara Ice Palace. Over 240 participants immersed themselves in an atmosphere of creativity, inspiration, and advanced technologies, discussing key trends and market innovations.

From the very morning, the palace hall featured exhibitions with relevant materials. Decor from leading manufacturers could be examined in full scale, with opportunities to study textures and tactile sensations. The organizers also set up networking zones, where guests discussed trends, established partnerships, and exchanged ideas.

The event began with a welcome speech by Anton Keselman, Director of Volgamebel LLC, who emphasized the importance of such meetings for the industry's development. The official opening continued with renowned Moscow designer and blogger Sergey Tregubov, who presented an overview of interior design trends for 2025. In his speech, he highlighted the influence of technology, fashion, and culture on shaping new directions, while also focusing on natural materials and sustainability. As examples, he showcased furniture created from trending Lamarty decors.

Each presentation added to the broader picture of the modern furniture market:

Galina Gorish (Head of Sales at MK INTERIERNO) delved into the nuances of working with designers and manufacturers.

Daria Bazanova (Head of Development at Slotex) presented the Solid Compact panel collection and discussed its unique properties.

Roman Buzin (Lead Specialist at MDM) shared the latest developments in furniture fittings and their integration into modern interiors.

Evgenia Boltenkova (Product Manager at REHAU) inspired the audience with a presentation on MDF panels, titled "Furniture as Art. Nature as Inspiration."

Yaroslav Podva (Founder and Director of the legal agency "Podva and Partners") sparked lively discussions by answering questions about the legal intricacies of transactions in the furniture industry.

Natalia Kolesnikova (Brand Manager at Lamarty) presented new decors from the GAMMA collection. The collection concept is based on the combination of natural shades and modern technologies. These solutions have already received positive feedback from both professionals and end consumers.

The event also featured an updated assortment of Syply Design interior plywood, which continues to gain popularity. This allows the Syktyvkar Plywood Plant to expand its range and offer the market new decorative coatings and surface structures. A new texture, Woodline, was introduced to the audience—realistic imitation of wood grains, creating a natural effect and emphasizing the material's natural aesthetic.

The event concluded with a raffle of valuable prizes. Each participant also received handouts with samples of the showcased decors. Guests noted the high level of organization, useful connections, and inspiration they took away from the event. "Furniture Industry 2.1" became more than just a conference—it turned into a true platform for ideas, collaboration, and innovation in the design world.
