No, we do not produce marine plywood (i.e., truly waterproof plywood). We only produce moisture-resistant plywood (FSF), which can be used outdoors in air humidity above 85%, provided it is covered with a film and the edges are painted. The price list for moisture-resistant FSF plywood can be requested from our managers through the feedback form on our website.
Both FC and FSF plywood can be used as a subfloor in residential premises. However, in terms of environmental safety, FSF plywood has lower formaldehyde emissions.

We use epoxy putty based on "Colofill" and the hardener "Covet" in production. For painting, we can only recommend painting the edges of laminated plywood with waterproof paint from the "VAPA" company.
To achieve the desired shade, several steps are required. First, the material needs to be primed and dried. If defect correction is necessary (for example, on lower grades of plywood), the material should be puttied, dried, sanded, primed, and dried again. Only after all these steps can the plywood be painted.
Alternatively, you can use SyPly PRIMER plywood, which is covered with special protective paper allowing paint to be applied without additional surface preparation. Plywood sheets laminated with primeTEG film have a perfect surface and are immediately ready for painting. SyPly PRIMER plywood saves time and materials: paint goes on in one coat, and priming is not required.
Plywood for painting is convenient for constructing playgrounds and creating various interior solutions where adding color is necessary.
Laminated and melamine plywood are not intended for contact with food, and their surfaces are not resistant to knife cuts.
According to a letter from the "Fire Resistance TSNIIISK" product certification body, mandatory certification of SyPly plywood in the field of fire safety is not required according to the "List of products subject to mandatory certification in the field of fire safety in the Russian Federation."

The quality control of products at "SFZ" LLC is conducted by four independent organizations (VTT Finland, WKI Germany, DNV Finland, and the Russian State Standard) and two internal divisions (the quality service and production quality control laboratories).
