Designer Koval Oksana created a space filled with an atmosphere of creativity and dreaming, which reflects the versatility and sincerity of three generations of women living in the house. The interior was based on the idea of combining hobbies and family traditions, as well as the use of poetic lines as accents in space.
An image of lightness envelops the minimalist interior of the living room. Light walls smoothly transition into wood panels that rise to the ceiling, creating a feeling of comfort and harmony. With the help of panels it was possible to zone the space, giving it clarity and structure. The warm shade of the veneer emphasizes the status of a country house surrounded by nature. To attach the panels, the ceiling was pre-leveled, and moisture-resistant plywood SyPly BIRCH Low served as a reliable base, ensuring durability and stability of the entire structure.
The center of attention was the fireplace, framed by ceramic tiles. It was placed against the wall on a podium made of birch SyPly plywood, which, due to its strength and resistance to loads has become an ideal material for such a solution. As the designer planned, lines of poetry from the owner of the house appeared right above the firebox, adding a personal and deep sound to the interior. The tiles painted by children have become a bright and original accent, and golden lines on a contrasting background attract the eye without overloading the space.
Storage areas lined up on both sides of the fireplace. Lamarty laminated slabs in a laconic shade Teffy in combination with chocolate porcelain tiles on the fireplace create a single composition. Corner boxes made of laminated chipboard in the color Graphite stand out for their contrast and functionality: there is an open firewood rack on the left, and an open firebox on the right - a showcase with a transparent glass door, where memorabilia passed down from generation to generation have found their place.
Wardrobe cabinets in the same shade "Teffy"placed on the opposite wall, maintaining the symmetry of the interior. Eco-friendly Lamarty boards with low formaldehyde content ensure safety for health, and built-in wardrobes with a Push-to-Open mechanism make them modern and convenient.
For cozy evenings with friends, a soft area was organized in the living room, complemented by a larch table. This unique piece of furniture was handcrafted from wood from an old merchant's house, over 150 years old. The image of a poetic living room is completed by elegant curtains and a soft lint-free carpet, giving the room completeness and warmth.
