The hh.ru employer rating is a large-scale independent study of the public image of employers, in which the company is assessed based on three indicators: the level of employee loyalty, attractiveness to candidates and the development of HR processes.

In 2023, we took part in the rating for the first time, which became the next step of growth and development for us. Our plant continues to improve work processes and improve the atmosphere within the team. Annual participation in the ranking will allow you to evaluate your progress and become better.

We thank everyone who works at the Syktyvkar plywood plant and makes efforts for its further development.
