Interzum is the flagship event of the global furniture industry, which has been held for 60 years. This year, Interzum Guangzhou 2024, presenting materials, components and equipment for the furniture industry, was held in conjunction with Asia's largest furniture exhibition, the China International Furniture Fair (CIFF). Hosting the exhibition in Southern China, one of the largest furniture manufacturing hubs in the world, the exhibition was designed to meet the unique needs of the industry in Asia, as well as provide a platform for shaping market trends in the region and beyond. The exhibition has become a central point of communication for material suppliers and furniture manufacturers.
This year, 180 thousand square meters brought together industry representatives from around the world: more than 1,300 exhibitors presented their products, and more than 224 thousand visitors took the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with suppliers, customers and business partners, as well as learn about the latest products, technologies and innovative concepts.
At the joint stand of the Syktyvkar Plywood Mill and our partner in China, a range of SyPly plywood products for construction, transport production and other areas was presented. Birch plywood is highly valued in the Asian market due to its high density, strength and wear resistance, and the beautiful surface texture opens up the possibility of using the material in furniture production and interior design. Also at the exhibition were presented trendy new decors for Lamarty laminated chipboards, which were highly appreciated by the guests of the exhibition.
The plant's employees actively communicated with guests, held negotiations with existing suppliers and potential partners, and noted for themselves the areas in which innovative developments are being carried out by leading suppliers.
Participation of the Syktyvkar Plywood Mill in the Interzum Guangzhou 2024 exhibition was an important step in expanding the company’s presence in the Asian market, opening up new prospects for cooperation and business development. Presentation of products on such a large-scale platform allowed the plant not only to attract the attention of industry professionals, but also to confirm long-term business relationships that contribute to the further growth and success of the company in the global market.
